Qatar juniors prep up for Costa Rica friendly

MALAGA, Spain: Qatar junios on Wednesday will play a friendly against Costa Rica in what will be their second training match inside three days. Coached by Oscar Cano, Qatar are in Malaga for a week-long training camp. On Monday, Qatar went down to Ivory Coast in a hard-fought 2-3 loss. Qatar squad trained under the watchful eyes of Cano on Tuesday, team officials said. This is Qatar's second major training camp outside the country following a visit to Morocco last month. Qatar are preparing for th AFC Asian Cup U-19 tournament to be held in Bahrain later this year. In October 2014, Qatar beat North Korea to win the AFC Asian Cup title.
