DOHA: Qatar, with coach Felix Sanchez in attendance, on Sunday
underwent an intense training session ahead of Tuesday's semi-final
against Korea at the AFC U-23 Championship.
Qatar squad trained at Aspire Academy football training pitch which is
often used by the senior national side.
Qatar are unbeaten in four games at the continental event which is the
2016 Olympic Games. Qatar have beaten China, Iran, Syria and North
Korea in the four clashes.
The top three teams get automatic qualification for the 2016 Olympic
Games football competition.
Qatar will train on Monday also, team officials said on Sunday.
In the second semi-final, Japan take on Iraq on Tuesday at Lekhwiya Stadium.
The Qatar vs Korea clash takes place at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
The event ends on January 30.
