TASHKENT: Qatar squad, coached by Jorge Fossati, on Sunday landed in Tashkent for their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying game on March 28.
This will be Qatar's second key game inside five days. Last Thursday, Qatar lost to Iran 1-0 at Al Sadd Stadium.
On Monday, Qatar will train at Bunyodkor Stadium where the visitors will play against the Uzbekistan national side.
Qatar also trained before they flew for Tashkent on Sunday.
With 4 points from 6 games, a victory is indispensable for Al Annabi, Qatar are at the bottom of Group A which is headed by Iran.
Uzbekistan have 9 points.
Qatar lost to Uzbekistan when the two sides met in September last year.
