Qatar U-19s Land in Tunisia for Training Camp

DOHA: The Qatar youth side on Sunday landed in Tunisia for a training camp in preparation for the Asian Cup to be held in Myanmar in October. The players have been accompanied by backroom staff and the coach. Qatar is scheduled to play friendlies on January 20 and 23, Qatar Football Association (QFA) officials said. Coach Felix Sanchez and assistant coach Abdul Razzaq are also in Tunisia for the week-long training camp. Other officials in the group include Abdul Rahman, Abdullah Saleh Al-Yami and Abdullah Saleh Al Sulaiti. Earlier the Qatari squad undertook a similar training camp in Spain in December last year. Squad: Hatem Kamal Salem Al-Hajri, Ahmed Al-Saadi, Mohammed Sultan, Jassim Al-Mulla, Moez Ali, Yazin Naem, Salah Yahri, Yusuf Hassan, Jassim Al-Shammari Tamim, Akram Hassan Afif, Nasser Ibrahim, Hossam Kamal, Jassim Jalabi, Assem Omar, Maaz Al Salameen, Jassim Mohammed, Abdulaziz Mahmoud, Ahmed Moin and Abdullah Lahrq.
