QFA President receives Iraqi counterpart

Doha: The President of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) received the Iraqi counterpart on Sunday in his office. His Excellency, Mr. Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buainain, President of QFA, welcomed the President of the Iraq Football Association, Mr. Adnan Dirjal. Mr. Mansoor Al-Ansari, Secretary-General of the Qatar Football Association, also attended the reception. The reception aligns with the distinguished brotherly relations between the two sides. The meeting touched upon many common topics of interest to both parties, which included strengthening cooperation frameworks between the two sides and the importance of activating them in the coming period in a manner that serves football and provides ways to improve the game in each of the two countries.
