DOHA: Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of Qatar
Football Association (QFA) on Wednesday met with Mr. Nayef Al Bukairi,
Minister of Youth and Sports of Yemenand his accompanying delegation
in an officialmeeting at Al Bidaa’ tower, Doha, Qatar.
QFA Vice President Saud Al Mohannadi was also present during the meeting
which saw the two top officials discuss matters of mutual interest.
Mr. Al Bukairi extended his sincere congratulations and blessings to the HH
the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani , Qatari government and people
on the occasion of the National Day In a statement to Qatar.
Sheikh Hamad and Al Bukairi also discussed matters relating to development
of football in both countries and future cooperation between QFA and its Yemini
counterpart.
The QFA Chief said Qatar is actively pursuing ways to further support Yemeni
national teams at all levels.
