DOHA: Ahmed Yasser will not feature with the national team
until further notice, Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced
on Sunday.
QFA has also decided to hold his dues after Yasser featured as a
member of the Qatar squad during 2018 FIFA World Cup and 2019
Asian Cup joint qualifying matches.
The decision comes in the wake of indiscipline shown by the player, QFA
said.
The Qatar team, coached by Daniel Carreno, is top of Group C with 15
points from five qualifies this year.
