DOHA: The Qatar Football Association (QFA) has won the award for
introducing best smartphone app that helps integrates community
activity within the football infrastructure in the country.
The Academy Awards ceremony will be take place in Kuwait on March 18
when QFA will be officially awarded with the title.
The award has been approved by the Central Agency for Information in
Kuwaiti, it emerged on Tuesday.
The app helps in promoting the game through integrated football
activities besides highlighting the benefits of leading a healthy
lifestyle.
It is worth mentioning that the competition was among football nations
the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Saudi
Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and Morocco.
Various other awards will also be handed out when the ceremony is
staged in Kuwait, officials said.
