DOHA: The Disciplinary Committee of the Qatar Football Association
(QFA) met under the chairmanship of Hassan Al Hammadi and announced
several decisions.
The decisions are:
A: Qatar SC
Coach Sebastiao Lazaroni has been fined QR 5,000 while his assistant
Selso Fernandez was also slapped with a similar fine. Benjamin Judeson
of Qatar SC was fined QR 5000. The fines were announced following a
Qatar Stars League (QSL) clash between Qatar SC and El Jaish on April
1, 2016.
B: Al Ahli
Al Ahli player Mohsin Bajour has been fined QR 5000 for
'unsportsmanlike' behaviour, QFA noticed.
C: Mesaimeer
Saleh Al Zuwaidi of Mesaimeer was fined QR 5000 for 'assaulting' an Al
Ahli player during a QSL game on April 2, 2016.
D: Al Rayyan
Al Rayyan's assistant coach Leonardo Fafu was fined QR 5000 for
discipline reasons. The issue was brought up during Al Rayyan's game
against Al Gharafa on April 1, 2016, when Leonardo 'attacked' referee
Abdul Rahman Al-Jassem.
E: Al Gharafa
Al Gharafa player Mohammed Mubarak was fined QR 10,000 and suspended
for 6 months for 'attack' on referee Mohammed Ahmed Al Obaidli.
