DOHA: HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani hosted a luncheon banquet, at the Emiri Diwan on Saturday, honoring the football teams and the technical and administrative staffof Lekhwiya Sports Club, the Champions of HH theEmir's Football Cup, and Al Sadd Sport Club the Runner-Up, in addition to representatives of the tournament sponsors and a number of sports and media personalities. HH the Special Representative of HH the Emir, Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended the function. HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani and HE Sheikh Joan bin Hamad Al-Thani President of Qatar Olympic Committee also attended the luncheon banquet.
