DOHA: Lekhwiya's Nam Tae-heeon Friday said his team worked
tirelessly to nail the Emir Cup triumph.
On Friday Lekhwiya beat Al Sadd in the title clash at Jassim Bin Hamad
Stadium.
"We worked like never before. You didn’t get to see that," the Koreansaid.
"The second half was really tough and it was great to be part of that.
What we were told by the coach, we took that to heart. We played
according to how the coach planned for us," he said.
Lekhwiya's Karim Boudiafsaid: "This was a tough game and we had a
difficult time to play in this heat. The last 20 minutes were so
tough. It was a tough final. But we hung in there."
