DOHA: Al Arabi, looking a lot more rejuvenated and confident under comeback coach Uli Stielike, held superior El Jaish 1-1 in the Qatar Stars League at the Al Arabi Stadium on Saturday. Arabi dominated the proceedings against a depleted Jaish, but the latter took the lead against the run of play in the 41st through Mohammed Muntari, who came on as a first-half substitute for injured striker Abdulkader Ilyas. Arabi kept working hard and found the equaliser through Jesus Meza 10 minutes after resumption. Earlier, Al Gharafa, playing without many of their first-team regulars, had to settle for a 1-1 draw with promoted Al Ahli. Elsewhere, Al Kharaitiyat and Al Wakrah played out a 2-2 draw.
