The battle for supremacy at the top is intense, with only a single point separating Al Kharaitiyat in first place (15 points) and Al Markhiya in second (14 points). Al-Sailiya is not far behind in third place with 13 points, while Lusail occupies fourth with 11 points.
The standings at the end of Week 7 show Al-Bidda in fifth place with seven points, Al-Waab sixth with six, Muaither seventh with five, and Mesaimeer at the bottom with four points.
