DOHA: Al Sailiya enhanced their chances of finishing among the top four by playing out a 3-3 draw with Qatar Sports Club in the 23rd round of the Qatar Stars League at the Qatar SC Stadium on Saturday.
Goals fromMarcelo Camacho (32nd) andFaozi Ayish (44 and 95th) ensured Sailiya a valuable point.
Fadhl Omar (6th) and Adriano (61and 83rd) found the target for Qatar SC.
Sailiya stayed on fourth with 35 points while Qatar SC remained 10th with 28.
Meanwhile, Brazilian striker Wanderley Santos struck the all-important goal in the 47th minute as Al Arabi pulled off a crucial win over Al Wakrah to cling on to their chances of finishing among the top four. They took their tally to 32 points while Wakrah stayed in the relegation zone with 23.
Elsewhere, Umm Salal and Al Kharaitiyat played out a goalless draw.
