DOHA: Regional powerhouse Saudi Arabia will be joined by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain and hosts Qatar for the 1st GCC Nations Futsal Championship set to be held from September 24 to 30.
To be staged by Qatar Football Association (QFA), the event will be held at Suheim Bin Hamad Stadium.
In the first day's action on Tuesday, hosts Qatar take on Saudi Arabia while Bahrain play the UAE.
The top side will compete in the Asian Cup finals to be held in Kuala Lumpur in November.
The host orgnaization has completed all arrangements, officials said.
