Marcelo Tavares scored an own goal to give Sadd the lead in the 17th minute.
Leandro Da Silva (27th and 83rd), Lee Jung-Soo (39th) and Nadir Belhadj (60th) scored for the winners while Ilunga Diba (48th) and Faouzi Ayesh (71st) found the target for the losers.
