DOHA: There's good news for football supporters in Qatar as limited number of fans will be allowed at QSL matches soon.
As part of measures following the resumption of 2019-20 season of QNB Stars League and to gradually restore normalcy, the Qatar Stars League (QSL), in co-operation with the authorities concerned, has decided to allow fans at the stadiums with a limited number of tickets for each match starting from Week 21 of QNB Stars League.
There will be specific controls for each match to ensure safety and security of everyone, details showed on Tuesday.
The Qatar Football Association affirms that fans will not be allowed to attend the remaining matches in the second division league for the current 2020/2019 season, except after assessing the situation from all aspects and taking the appropriate decision in this regard in coordination with the relevant authorities.
