DOHA: Young striker Lassina Diaby will play for Qatar Stars League (QSL) side Al Gharafa, it emerged on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old striker from Ivory Coast has played eight games for former QSL champions Lekhwiya.
The move comes after both sides agreed to okay the deal.
Diaby, who is a promising forward with brilliant speed, was on the bench during Lekhwiya's AFC Champions League quarterfinal legs against Guangzhou Evergrande of China.
