Doha: As part of the referee exchange program between the Qatar and Japan Football Associations, a continuation of initiatives from the past two seasons, Japanese official Yousuke Araki has arrived in Doha. He is set to officiate matches in the Qatar Stars League (QSL).

His first assignment was overseeing the Al Shamal vs. Al Arabi clash in Round 4 of the QSL at Al Bayt Stadium. Araki's involvement is expected to extend into the league's fifth and sixth rounds.

Concurrently, Qatari international referee Mohammed Al-Sharif is gaining valuable experience in Japan, where he is officiating J-League matches until October 24th. This provides him with a prime opportunity to refine his skills in one of Asia's major leagues.
