DOHA: Qatar juniors on Sunday crushed Laos 5-0 in their to win the
Hong Kong International Series.
According to details, Qatar topped the event with a tally of seven points.
Chinese juniors finished in second place with 6 points while hosts
Hong Kong ended in third place with 4 points.
Laos finished the event at the bottom of the points table with three
defeats in as many games.
For Qatar, the goal-scorers against Laos were Abdul Rashid Ibrahim,
Nasser Abdalslam, Hazem Ahmed, Ibrahim Hilal and Hassan Ahmad.
Qatar's Rashid Ibrahim was declared the Player of the Tournament.
Qatar beat China 4-2 and then played a goal-less draw against Hong
Kong before their 5-0 win against Laos.
