DOHA: The Qatar Football Association has announced a medical examination schedule for Second Division sides Al Kharaitiyat, Al Markhiya, Muaither, Mesaimeer and Al Shamal.
The COVID-19 tests will be carried out as part of the final preparations for the start of the third round matches set to commence on August 4.
The medical examinations of the players and officials will be held at Ali bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena on Tuesday and Thursday (June 23 and 25).
First ones to get tested will be referees followed by drivers of team buses.
On Thursday, Muaither and Al Kharaitiyat players and officials will be tested in separate halls from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, QFA announced on Sunday.
On the same day but 11:00 pm onwards, squads of Mesaimeer and Al Shamal will be tested in separate halls.
Al Markhiya will be the last of the clubs to undergo medicals on Thursday from 3:00 pm.
