DOHA: Qatar Football Association (QFA) Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin
Ahmed Al Thani will attend the 2015 Asian Cup draw ceremony to be held
in Sydney.
This was confirmed by QFA officials on Friday.
The draw ceremony will be conducted by Australian Football Federation
(AFF) on March 26 at the famous Sydney Opera House.
Qatar coach Fahad Thani will also be in attendance, QFA said.
So far 13 teams have qualified for Asia's top national team events.
Qatar have qualified for the event.
The 2015 AFC Asian Cup will be the 16th edition of the AFC Asian Cup,
an international football tournament organised by the Asian Football
Confederation (AFC).
The tournament will be hosted for the first time by Australia from 9
to 31 January 2015.
The winner of the tournament will earn the right to compete for the
2017 FIFA Confederations Cup hosted by Russia.
